Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for a vehicle capable of simultaneously exerting a warming-up function and a cooling function of a working fluid on the basis of a traveling state of the vehicle and a temperature of the working fluid in adjusting the temperature of the working fluid by heat exchange.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger for a vehicle includes: a radiating portion in which a plurality of plates are stacked, first connection flow channels and second connection flow channels are alternately formed inside, first and second working fluids respectively flow into the first and second connection flow channels to exchange heat, and the first and second working fluids supplied to the first and second connection flow channels are circulated without mixed with each other; a branch portion connecting an inflow hole in which one of the first and second working fluids flows, and a discharge hole for discharging one working fluid, and allowing one working fluid to bypass the radiating portion on the basis of a temperature of one working fluid; and a valve unit mounted in the inflow hole forming the branch portion, and selectively supplying the working fluid to the radiating portion or the branch portion on the basis of the temperature of the working fluid flowing into the inflow hole.
【課題】作動流体が熱交換による温度調節時、車両の走行状態や流入する作動流体の温度によって、作動流体のウォームアップ機能と冷却機能を同時に行える車両用熱交換機を提供する。 【解決手段】複数のプレートが積層されて、内部に第1連結流路と第2連結流路を交番的に形成し、第1、第2連結流路に第1、第2作動流体がそれぞれ流入し、熱交換が行われ、第1、第2連結流路に供給された第1、第2作動流体は互いに混合されずに循環する放熱部;第1、第2作動流体のうちの一つを流入させるための流入孔と、一つの作動流体を排出するための排出孔とを連結し、一つの作動流体の温度によって一つの作動流体が放熱部をバイパスする分岐部;及び分岐部を形成する流入孔に装着されて、流入孔に流入する作動流体の温度によって作動流体を放熱部または分岐部に選択的に供給するように形成されたバルブユニット;を含む。 【選択図】図3
