Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric oscillation type speed reducer capable of restricting disadvantage occurring when a motor shaft having a tapered shape outer peripheral part is connected.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an eccentric oscillation type speed reducer G1 comprising first to third external tooth gears 22 to 24 oscillated by first to third eccentric bodies 14 to 16 arranged on an input shaft 12 (an eccentric body shaft), and an internal tooth gear 26 to which the first to third external tooth gears 22 to 24 are internally contacted and engaged while they are oscillated, and used while being connected to a motor shaft 10 having a tapered outer peripheral part 10A. The input shaft 12 has at its inner periphery a tapered hollow part 12A that can be connected in friction to the tapered outer peripheral part 10A, first and second ball bearings 61 and 62 supporting the input shaft 12 are assembled into the reducer under a state in which the input shaft 12 can be axially moved and O-rings 82, 84, 86 and 88 are arranged at the outer peripheries of outer rings 61B and 62B of the first and second ball bearings 61 and 62.
【課題】テーパ形状の外周部を有するモータ軸を連結するときに発生する不具合をより抑えることのできる偏心揺動型の減速装置を得る。 【解決手段】入力軸12(偏心体軸)上に設けられた第1〜第3偏心体14〜16によって揺動される第1〜第3外歯歯車22〜24と、該第1〜第3外歯歯車22〜24が揺動しながら内接噛合する内歯歯車26と、を備え、テーパ状外周部10Aを有するモータ軸10と連結して使用される偏心揺動型の減速装置G1であって、入力軸12は、内周にモータ軸10のテーパ状外周部10Aと摩擦連結可能なテーパ状中空部12Aが形成され、入力軸12を支持する第1、第2玉軸受61、62が、該入力軸12を軸方向に移動可能な態様で組み込まれ、該第1、第2玉軸受61、62の外輪61B、62Bの外周に、Oリング82、84、86、88が配置されている。 【選択図】図1
